If you need a return it means that you purchased a product from us and we celebrate that! At Hipnoah our first priority is that you are 100% satisfied with your experience. So, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will make it right. You may return it to us for a replacement, refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. We request that items returned be in unused condition.
Shipping
We ship USPS and UPS exclusively to the US. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in the great state of Texas, you'll get your order faster than if you live in sunny Hawaii. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. Shipping is free on purchases of $50 or more.
